Productiv Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses on Inc. Magazine’s Annual List of Best Workplaces for 2021

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (May 12, 2021) – Productiv has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021. Hitting newsstands May 18 in the May/June 2021 issue, and as part of a prominent Inc.com feature, the list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of American companies that have created exceptional workplaces and company culture whether teams are operating in person or remotely.

Productiv’s mission is to unlock the power of data to drive productivity at work. Adoption of SaaS applications has skyrocketed in recent years, and even more so during the last year with remote work. With the typical enterprise using hundreds of SaaS applications, it’s increasingly difficult to understand and optimize any given tool’s adoption and contribution to employee productivity. Productiv’s unique, intelligent platform provides insightful data and analytics at the employee- and app-level, so companies can make smart decisions on managing, procuring and securing their SaaS portfolio — and ultimately improve the employee experience.

Collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. singled out 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking.

“We are honored to be named one of Inc.’s Best Workplaces of 2021,” said Jody Shapiro, CEO and co-founder, Productiv. “From the start we decided to focus on employee success as much as customer success. We’re proud of the stellar team we’ve assembled — including alumni from leading innovators like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Slack and Amazon — and aim to provide them with the most impactful years of their careers. One of our core tenets is ‘plan to win big’ – and we know that we can only win big by investing in our people and creating an incredible workplace for our world-class team.”

“The definition of a positive workplace has changed drastically over the past year,” says Inc. magazine editor-in-chief Scott Omelianuk. “Stocked fridges and nap pods were no longer perks many companies could rely on once work went remote. So, this year’s list is even more important as it reveals organizations that continue to enrich the lives of its employees amid a pandemic.”
